About Me

My career has been a journey through some of the most dynamic industries in business, from financial services and lending to real estate, SaaS, and now construction and infrastructure. At every stop, the through line has been the same: build relationships, create systems that scale, and deliver results that speak for themselves.

I started my career at Supreme Lending in Austin, where I learned the fundamentals of financial products and client acquisition. From there, I moved into social media marketing and business development at No Time for Social, where I closed 75+ deals and built a disciplined outbound sales engine from scratch.

For nearly eight years at Stone Oak Property Management, I led business development efforts that resulted in 2,000+ properties onboarded and over $75M in closings. I built and coached a team of 3-5 professionals, developed structured sales strategies, and consistently exceeded quota.

Now, as National Director of Business Development at Unified Building Group, I'm driving end-to-end business development across CapEx, New Construction, Critical Infrastructure, and Facilities Management, bringing the same energy, discipline, and results-oriented mindset to a new vertical.

Leadership Philosophy

I believe great sales leadership comes down to three things: discipline, authenticity, and a genuine commitment to developing the people around you. I don't believe in shortcuts or silver linings. I believe in building repeatable systems, doing the work every day, and earning trust over time.

Whether I'm coaching a quarterback through a two-minute drill or walking a new BD rep through their first 30-60-90 day plan, the approach is the same: set clear expectations, provide the tools and support to succeed, and hold people accountable to their potential.

The Coaching Connection

Coaching varsity football isn't a side hobby. It's a core part of who I am. The lessons I've learned on the field directly inform how I lead in business. Developing a quarterback requires patience, structured development, and the ability to simplify complexity under pressure. Building a sales team is no different. The best coaches and the best sales leaders share the same skill: they make the people around them better.

I'm a proud Florida State Seminole (Go Noles!), an Austin transplant who's made Texas home, and someone who genuinely loves the grind of building something meaningful, whether that's a winning offense or a winning sales organization.

Football coaching is more than a passion project. It's where I sharpen the same skills I use every day in business. As QB Coach and Offensive Coordinator, I design and execute offensive strategy, develop game plans, and lead a coaching staff through the kind of high-pressure decision-making that mirrors complex sales environments.

My Coaching Philosophy

Great coaching starts with meeting people where they are. Every quarterback I work with has different strengths, different learning styles, and different ceilings. My job is to build a development plan that maximizes their potential through structured training, film study, repetition, and honest feedback.

I believe in teaching players to think, not just execute. When a quarterback understands the 'why' behind a play call, they make better decisions under pressure. The same is true in business. When your team understands the strategy, they execute with confidence.
